Joshua Stauffer is a guitarist originally from Lebanon, Pennsylvania, now living and working in Cleveland, Ohio. He began playing the guitar at age fourteen, and was initially attracted to the historic guitar sounds of Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Van Halen, Metallica, and Dream Theater.  By age 16 he began teaching and performing regularly in his hometown.  Joshua moved to Philadelphia to attend school and study jazz, and graduated with honors from the University of the Arts with a bachelors degree in jazz performance.

Joshua's career as a performer has taken him throughout the East Coast, including performances in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, and he has performed for celebrities such as Julie Andrews and Tra Thomas.  Additionally, Joshua has performed in both Europe and Asia, as well as on cruise ships in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean, giving daily performances for audiences of thousands of people.  As an educator, Joshua has taught hundreds of students ranging from age 3 to 72, both privately and through various music schools, including the Music Training Center in New Jersey. He currently freelances in the Cleveland area.
